I just paid the money for gamertag change

but my gamertag is still the old one, and yes i got mail from billing

I need help information about my forced gamertag and details as I am highly disappointed

I recently paid $10.59 to change my gamertag to and then 3-4 weeks later i get a forced Gamertag for some odd reasons? i been using the gamertag for both xbox and PS4 and never ever had issues until recently. Im highly disappointed due to the fact that i
paid to change my gamertag and now they forced changed it after i spent money to do so myself. My gamertag is not offensive either thats why i am confused

Have you tried to remove your profile from the console, and then re-download it?

Yes i did after you told me, but still same

Have you tried a factory restore without removing games or apps? Go to Settings>All Settings>System>Console Info & Updates. Try that out.

 

Ok I tried. first my gamescore is gone, its zero but now its ok again, but the gamertag is the same one

OK Im still waiting tho. you got 2 options: 1. give me my money back 2. change my gamertag. that simple it is. why am i waiting so long??

If you have a confirmation email for the Gamertag change, your best bet would be to contact Xbox Support to see where the hang up lies. You can reach them on the Support Page at support.xbox.com.
