    I just lost 25$


    hello there,

    I am 11 and I just redeemed a twenty five dollar gift card. One problem, I didn't know it went to the parents account, so now I didn't know what to do. My parents account that is hooked up to my xbox is an account my dad never uses, there for we have forgot
    the password. I've tried sending requests to have the password changed but nothing is working they all get denied. Also I can even get games becuase of account restricIons. So now I lost 25$ and I have no way of getting it back (like I said I sent two things
    to change the password but they were all denied) please help me figure out what to do. It would be much appreciated, thanks.

    Hey TYZER06! Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to transfer CSV from one account to the other. If the adult account has the console set as their home console any game purchased will be playable with your account on that console.
