Unknown error code

I just got Skyforge and have been having a blast and everything was fine. Then i tried to get back on and i got a error code (0x87e10bc6). And xbox doesn't recognize the code so does anybody have a clue of what the code means?

So i just downloaded black ops 2 and when ever I try to start it I get the error code 0x87e10bc6 it happens with all my backwards compatible games can any one help me out?
