Sync errors happens when you previously played the game, and you were unable to save it or sync it through the cloud. We would like to ask for details about your concern:

1. May we know if you have played the game in offline mode?
   
2. Or was your last session of the game sync over the cloud?
   
3. Are all games showing this issue?
   
4. We notice you posted this thread on Xbox Console category; we would like to ask if you there are other profiles playing the game?

This only happens to rainbow six siege, and the game up to date and as I have said before i can switch to a different account on the same xbox and rainbow six siege works perfectly fine. Also I just got done testing it on a different xbox and it still
happens with only this account.

And the 2. Second game I was screwed out was rainbow six siege i had a year 3 pass and it said on the year pass for rainbow six siege that i get to keep all of my operaters and iit also said that i get a 24 or a whatever boster there is and also like 10
free alpha packs
