I just got my XBox one today, Plug it in and stuck with "THere was a problem with the update"

My Xbox One is experiencing the same problem with the FIFA 15 update. It is just stuck at 100% and continues switching between that and "Queueing". I wish I got a Ps4 or an xbox 360

UPDATE: I left my Xbox One unplugged for the past week. I was working so I could not ship it. I plugged in today, just to see. I left the Kinect unplugged. It powered up with no problems. Not real sure what the deal is. Perhaps it is the kinect causing my
problems. Hmm....

OK um also I don't get how that can be cause I can still download games and apps and I still get updates however if u tell me how to check if it the wifi card is broken that would help so like would I go to the settings on the Xbox one s to see the status or like what cause I don't get why my stupid **** Xbox one s won't connect to my controller also i just got a new controller today and it is also acting up oh yeah and also just saying I got my other controller plugged into my xbox and it works however when I unplug it it stops immediately and when I plug in the one I bought today it didn't work either. Also I don't like playing games and TV wen it's plugged into the TV so I need to fix my problem another way

I had my Xbox One for just under 3 weeks. Today, I bought XO Fours Turtle Beach headphones and plugged them in. It prompted me to update my controller by plugging it in via USB. I plugged it in and the controller NEVER WORKED AGAIN.

I tried EVERYTHING. It did not work wired, wirelessly, or through the kinnect sensor. After 30 useless minutes on the line with Microsoft Customer Support, I was told to ship the controller back to them, at my expense, and wait 2-3 weeks for a new one (rendering
my brand-new xbox one useless for 2-3 weeks).

Instead, I returned it to Best Buy (who were great!) and got a new one, with new headphones.

UNFORTUNATELY, my second xbox one gave me an error message when initially updating the system. I literally entered my language, country and confirmed my network connection, before it would get stuck at the update stage.

I have received a full refund for my xbox one and am waiting for a PS4.

After having this problem myself since the October update and with all the help I've had to sort it out none of it worked seems to be with something to do with the instant-on option. And now today My external hdd died after been stuck on for half day doesn't
come on or be recognised by xbox or if plug it in to my pc.
