I just got my hdmi fixed and it is not working.

From the description you have provided it seems the HDMI connection of your Xbox is not working with your TV or monitor. This seems to happen regardless of the resolution used.



This issue may have been caused by settings in Xbox or TV or monitor that need to be changed. Or it may also be a problem with the hardware components like the HDMI ports on the TV or monitor or the HDMI cable itself. So let us work together as a team to get to the bottom of this. But to better assist you I need to ask:



1) What Xbox console do you have? Xbox 360? Xbox One? Xbox Series X or S?



2) How long have you had this issue? Days? Weeks? Months?



3) Have you tried using a different HDMI cable and see if that fixes the issue?

4) Is it possible for you to use a different TV or monitor and check if the issue still persists?

For some reason I fixed my problem by just using a different HDMI port on my TV. Don't know why it works now and also the Xbox 360 works just fine on the port that was giving me problems. Maybe I got lucky...

try a different HDMI. I found it fixed a similar issue with me. It still has its issues with picture and sound quality not as good but it got me going. My old HDMI worked fine to my receiver for years which was weird, changed to a different cable and
it worked. I can not explain it, maybe I just had a bad connection and it was a coincidence.

Yeah I got it fixed finally but now it only works with HDMI or s video cables thx for help
