I just got hacked, who do I need to talk?

Hello m8.

Today, I was checking my account on Xbox, when I realized that I was missed 400$ pesos (it is equivalent to 20 dollars), so I checked what I "bought"

I haven't played a lot this days, so I didn't realized that the stupid guy bought the Batman Set of Fortnite on September 23

I have so many probes that I did NOT buy that thing, but I don't know who to talk with for get my money back.

Any Ideas?

Xbox Support and then possibly your bank if the purchases were made with one of your cards or Paypal etc.

Call support right now (don't wait until the morning because your man may take the time to help himself to some more tat on your credit card) > get an unauthorised access investigation started > wait until that finishes > you'll get an e-mail with instructions
as well as a refund of your points and anything else this person buys.
