I just got done serving a account suspension and I still can't use communications. Help pls

hi my gamer tag is and I just got done serving a 7 day Xbox live communications suspension that was supposed to be lifted on the 22 of January at about 1am. It is past then and I can message but not talk or hear others in party chat. I've checked my
communication settings, MTV privacy settings, I deleted MTV profile off of my xbox1 and still nothing. I was hoping someone on the enforcement team could help me out

I got communication banned for a week and the ban ended a couple days ago and it still says I can't talk or message people pls help

It's been 2 weeks since my "temporary suspension" for communication was to expire, yet i can't talk?

I was given a communication suspension on March 13 or 14 until March 28. It's been 2 weeks, yet I still cannot message or use party and game chat. I can play online normally, just can't talk. Ive reset my xbox, done power cycles, deleted then added my account
on my Xbox, yet nothing has happened.

My Xbox live account was falsely suspended for apparently bullying or harassing someone but a day before it was put into place I was suspended from use of Xbox live communications so I couldn’t have done such a thing. I tried to get it lifted but Xbox support didn’t help at all

To add most suspensions dont occur on the same day as the offense.

There are no statute of limitations so you could be suspended for something that happened days or even weeks ago which would explain why you got suspended again while already serving a suspension.

This method did not work and I'm still unable to communicate. I've already served my two week temporary ban so why am I still banned? This is ridiculous. I want Enforcement teams number.

The Enforcement team does not use the forums. There is nothing that can be done by anybody here to help unban the account.

This appears to be a 24 hour suspension, which is the lightest communications suspension the Enforcement team issues. According to the Enforcement details, the account will have communications features restored tomorrow (the 13th). The only action here is
to sit out the rest of the communications suspension. Your son is still able to play multiplayer games online -- just without communication features for the time being.

I also got banned for 2 weeks. Then i explained my situation and got this:

At the conclusion of the suspension, all communications privileges (messaging, video communications, in-game and party chat, and Skype on Xbox One) will be automatically restored to this account. Please
keep in mind further instances of this type of behavior may lead to additional enforcement action, up to and including permanent account suspension and console action.

But, im still banned! I still cant use any communication on my xbox! FIX THIS PLEASE!
