I just got billed for a subscription

go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ to check your purchase history (you may be able to request a refund on the subscription there)

go to https://account.microsoft.com/services/ to see what subscriptions you are signed up for (you can turn off recurring billing and cancel subscriptions there)

if that doesn't help go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

click the contact us buttonselect Family and online safety as the category

select I want to protect my account as the topic

skip the Covid notification

scroll to the bottom of the options and select request a call

I understand what you are feeling being billed for a subscription that supposed to expired. This happens to me, normally the cause is that the recurring bill for the subscription is still "On" then it will automatically charge you on a later date when you have enough balance on the payment method used.

Do you remember what device you have used when you first subscribe to the Minecraft realms? If it was via PlayStore I believe the order number can be found via PlayStore as well. If it was on PC or Xbox, it will be on your Microsoft accounts order history.

I suggest to try signing in your account as well at https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders page try adjusting the date to the date when the subscription is supposed to expire. If you found the order number there, you may then submit a refund request for it to the Xbox refunds team at https://support.xbox.com/en-US/forms/request-a-... just fill out the form and submit the request to them.

Can you check it is not your Xbox live Gold subscription that has expired and you have a past due balance outstanding and this is preventing you from accessing multiplayer?

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have purchased the incorrect subscription. Please note that Xbox Gamepass Ultimate also includes Gamepass for PC. So if you got the subscription on a good deal, then you may just want
to hold on to that subscription until it runs out. Just make sure to turn off the auto-renewal feature so you don't get charged the normal price when it runs out.
