I just got 30 dollars on my account and it isn't letting me get the 3 month gold subscription

I just spent 30 dollars to put on my account so I could get a 3 month gold subscription and when I go to buy it the payment option for the money on my account won't work. Is there a way to get it to work or get my 30 dollars back?

Xbox troubles, I've brought 3 month Xbox live gold and redeemed it sadly it not working

I've brought 3 months Xbox live gold and redeemed it, sadly it's not letting me play online, or join party's. I've not been messaged for reported behaviour although. It says I've got the gold in my subscriptions

I think something is wrong with my xbox live gold

I recently just bought xbox live gold for 3 months and it's not letting me join parties or anything as such, It takes me to a page that says "I need to renew my subscription" What's going on with the services? Or is it just my account that is refusing to
accept the payment, It already completed the transaction and charged my bank account...

no as mentioned on the currency card you cant use them for membership

As with all Online gaming Services none use prepaid currency only renewable payment options like debit or credit carz

you don't buy currency on your Xbox you would've had to buy.l a card

Payment options on file can only be used to buy Games and membership directly

i just got a new xbox, and hoping to subscribe (as i've got a 3 month live gold code).

so if i get this 3 month gold subscribed, then, i can still get the 36 month 1 dollar upgrade benefit, if i continue my subscription with extended gold member codes (say another 36 months topups), and then upgrade with 1 dollar to ultimate pass right?

yes I was using gold on my only account it just disappeared and was trying to invite me to get gold when I already bought a 12 month membership redeemed just weeks ago. I put my 14 day trial that came my Xbox one s bundle in code to see if it would do and
it let me do it as if I don’t already have a membership please fix this I payed 60 dollars for my 12 month membership
