i just finished outlast on insane mode only using 1 battery and the achievement didnt come up?

I understand you need assistance with your game achievement. If you meet the requirements to complete the achievement or challenge, but the achievement isn't listed, try to resync your Xbox profile to your console by following the steps below. Make sure that you know your account logins before doing these steps.

REMOVE PROFILE:

To remove a profile: From Profile & system, select Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select a profile, then select Remove.

POWER CYCLE CONSOLE:

To restart your console: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller, and then select Restart console > Restart. To power cycle your console if it's frozen: Press and hold the Xbox button on your controller for 10 seconds. Then press the Xbox button on the console or on your controller to turn your console back on.

RE-ADD PROFILE:

To add an Xbox profile to a console, press the Xbox button to open the guide and go to Profile & system. Select Add or switch, and then select Add new and follow the instructions.

Just a friendly reminder, if the achievement appears under “Locked Achievements,” either the achievement was not successfully unlocked, or the console hasn’t synchronized with the Xbox network so kindly allow up to 72 hours for this synchronization to take place.

I didnt finish Black Ops in single player, NOR did I even come close to finishing this games SP, they should have offered up a unique weapon for MP as a achievement reward for beating Hardcore mode,and even one for jus finishing regular mode, maybe an avatar
award lol.. Medal of Honor 2010 I did finish, also Modernwarfare 2 an world at war.

i just finished mk2 with kitana

but didnt get my achievements for finishing 2 an all three

anyone knows how comes
