I just cant give a static ip, is it bug?

guys i am trying to give a static ip but its never takes, totally true ip adress, gateaway etc and i click to next, but didnt happend anything. i cant click the next. i saw that thread about my bug , totally same.

isomodular says this. but i cannot give the static to xbox either in wirelesss. what is 2g/5g channels ? really need help

I've been trying for ages to get this and cracked it I think.

- Unplug ethernet

- Connect to your wireless and add a static IP that's not the one you want, something else

- Repeat for both 2G/5G channels

- Plug ethernet back in and disconnect wireless

- Add static IP you reserved/forwarded in advanced settings

Mine worked. Seems it's a bug where if you set wireless static IP first, then wired afterwards thinks the wireless still has that IP address. Hope this helps.

Question about NAT.

Hey. Just make sure that you used a static IP address outside the range of your DHCP server to avoid IP conflics or where it gives the IP address to another device on the network. e.g DHCP range: 192.168.1.100 - 200 best Static IP to use is 192.168.1.85
since you are sure that it won't be given to any other devices. If all else fails please use at own risk go with DMZ with the correct Static IP address as well. cause seems like your console was not set to a static IP address.

 

its look like that when i trying to give static ip in my router menu, as you can see when xbox is on, its take a dynamic again. and i cant give a manuel ip too in xboxone manuel ip settings, i trying to give it write 192.168.2.150 , 255.255.255.0 , 192.168.2.1
and click next button but nothing happend. next button is not works, but when i try to give it random like 33333333 255.255.255.0 , 111111111 its take, next button works. but no internet ofc.
