    If you check your bank records are you sure its not verification charges they are normal

    They also are refunded by your bamk within 24hours about 99 cents each and upto 3 for .every attempt you try each payment method

    You can request a refund for the amount that it is charging you through xbox customer services, and then once the refund is credited it will be back in your bank account ready fir you too use. Hope you get sorted soon.
