I just bought vc on 2k23 and Spent it on my myplayer but now I just loaded in and myplayer...

my 2k23 myplayer have ben deleted ,xbox

in just had it when i left,spend to much money on this guy

Yo I had bought a gift card earlier an I just got home to get some vc for my myplayer an when I went to go buy some vc I bought 75,000 two times and den I bought another one for 15,000 vc and I go into my my career mode and it only showed 22,000 vc I need help getting my vc

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

This may re-sync your game data.

This just happened to me today. I spent 40000 VCs on my Player (including 560 Microsoft points I purchased) and now 18 games in I get the error message: "Unable to load "myplayer" on memory unit. The saved content is damaged or unreadable. Press A to
continue". This happened last month when I lost 37000 VCs, and I thought it was just me, so I re-created and now reinvested time and money on a new player and, same thing. Is there any way I can retrieve this file? Or get back my invested VCs and Microsoft
points? Please help! This is frustrating and unfair.

I was in MyPlayer mode and was upgrading my player, i backed out for it to save the updates and some error message came up. It sent me back to the home screen and came up with the screen to create a MyPlayer. I restarted my Xbox One thinking it would then
load the MyPlayer files but it didnt. keeps going to the screen to create a new MyPlayer. did i just lose everything?
