I had just got money for Easter, so I bought an Xbox gift card to buy NFS Unbound, but when I bought it, it wouldn’t let me play it, let alone download it. I had purchased the game knowing I needed game pass to play it sense I needed cloud gaming. But when I went to download it, I couldn’t. Is they’re any way I can get someone to talk to further about this or just get a refund. Thank you for your consideration.

Dekker, only you as a user can make purchases and process refunds.

To request a refund for a digital purchase, I invite you to perform the following steps:

* Please first login to http://www.xbox.com/refunds

- Then, for a refund, you must log in to the Xbox Live account in which you made the purchase.

** You will be asked for the order number and the purchase date.

You can obtain these details at account.microsoft.com> click on the "Payment and billing" tab and then on "Order history".

If your purchase does not appear in the list, go to https://support.xbox.com/help/subscriptions-bil... after clicking on "Why can't I see my purchase?"

You will receive an email within 72 hours that will indicate if you can make the refund; If it does, it can take between 1 and 5 days.

**Important: If for any reason your refund request was denied, please respond to the email received stating your reasons why you believe you should proceed**

While your reply did not fix my problem, your right the wheel is not supported in NFS Unbound.

But your reply made me think about what I was doing to test and I am sure I have resolved the problem. I have edited the main post with my simple solution of don't test through cloud gaming which only supports Game Pads. Install games to SSD and they will work.
