I just bought Diablo 4 for $70 and the Microsoft store can’t ‘retrieve’ it

It says I own the game, but when I click on the manage button it keeps saying it may take a minute to retrieve, I’ve tried restarting my console over again, checking my Wi-Fi for the same outcome

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
What edition of Diablo IV did you purchase?

First, validate your order if it says completed by checking your order history through https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders.

If it's completed, let's refresh your account by re-adding it to your console:
Note: Before doing these steps, please make sure that you know exactly the email address linked with your gamertag and the password to it so you can add the correct account again.

1. Remove account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts. Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm. When you're finished, select Close.

2. Power cycle:
Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug it from the power source for few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on again.

3. Add account:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Select your gamerpic in the upper-left corner of the screen, move all the way down and select Add new.

Enter the email address for the Microsoft account that you want to add, and then select Enter.

went to billing and went through everything. the 4 packs that i can’t install aren’t there. it’s like i’ve never bought them when those were the first 4 i ever bought. when i go to the microsoft store it shows that i bought it and it just needs installed.

Diablo 4 is not available in the Microsoft store, it is sold only for Xbox, the distributor of Diablo on PC is Blizzard.

Thank you for your reply, i have checked the store and it still says to pay 60 pound or 70 something , although i bought the 70 pound version back in october
