I just bought Devision 2

i tryed that already, if I check it on the website it does not show up, but when i look on my xbox it shows up 3 times, this is very frustrating and I'm really getting upset because I want to play the game with friends. this is the first time this happend,
I have prove of that I payed for the game or atleast I send the money to you

the status is not showing but i did pay for it, and yes it shows up 3 times

Sorry to hear you have run into this issue. You are saying that under your Order History you are seeing the game 3 separate times? Is it showing that it has been completed?

If the purchase went through I would advise that you
Contact Xbox Support for more assistance with this as we would not have all the proper tools to assist with this issue.

Once you get a hold of them they should be able to provide more information regarding the transaction and the status of it, If it is that the transaction failed then try reaching out to your financial institution to see if they can provide more information
regarding the transaction that went through on your account.

Thank you for responding, Make sure that under your bank the transaction is not showing up as processing and that it has already been processed. If you do see that it has been processed then as mentioned before, I would advise you contact Xbox support for
