I just bought an Xbox One. I cannot do anything with it. Thanks Microsoft...

So I purchased an Xbox One yesterday. Hooked it up and made the initial update.

After some time waiting, I found out that Xbox Live is having issues which makes it impossible for me to import or create an account. Doing the connectivity test tells me there's a problem on Xbox Live's side.

So I'm sitting here, Doing nothing with my new console because since I cannot create an account, I cannot download the games that came bundled with the console, I cannot even download Youtube or NetFlix app. Skype downloaded fine but you get bored of it pretty
easily.

I tried returning the console to the EBGames store I bought it but they won't take it back on the account that I already scratched the card containing the downloadable games codes(Assassin's Creed bundle).

I called the Xbox Live service line and they basically apologized and told me to wait it out or try to return the product to the place of purchase. She (Rebecca) then hang up on me while I was asking if there was any way I could get a gift card or something
to at least buy a game and use my console.

So no games, no youtube, no netflix. Is there something fun to do with this thing while I wait for the Xbox Live service to come back? I bought this to play games and so far, it's been 24 hours and I haven't played anything yet.

I guess I wouldn't have had this problem buying a PS4!

Cannot find Minecraft purchased theme

Hi, I have just bought the "Around the World" theme for Minecraft, however I cannot see anything different.

I did see the download complete.

Do I need to do anything after the purchase.

(I have had the purchase confirmation from Microsoft)

If I attempt to buy it again will I be charged again?

X box gold

Just bought xbox gold and it even shows on my account. However i cannot do anything that comes with gold. Every time i do it tells me to buy x box gold. I thought it was a problem with the x box gold card, so i subscribed. Now it says Im subscribed, but
i still cannot do anything related to x box gold it still redirects me to buy gold.

Same issue on my console. After doing a couple things to my router I managed to get my account downloaded but my console shows 0.00 kbps download speed. Everything else is fine so it just won't load anything. Very frustrating having a brand new $500 "next
gen" console that doesn't do anything.
