i just bought a xbox today and i need help from the enforcment team

so i bought a xbox today and as soon as i got through the strat up faze and logged into my account it said the xbox was suspended and im really confused to how this happend because i bought it an hour ago and just got on it please someone help me

I got banned.

Hello Xbox. I was banned for a reason that I have no knowledge of. A support helper named Hazel Grace helpee me file a report in the attempts on getting me unbanned. Any help from the enforcment team would be appreciated.

 

Account suspension for no reason

I get a suspension from the enforcment Team. No one can tell me why. The only one i get is a message. "i got reported for offensive and bad language" - this could not happen cause at this time i was part of a Xbox Live Party with peoples i know from Reality
- they didnt reported me. I also didnt write a message to anyone. So why got i banned? Why cant anyone from Xbox help me? Why did you cancle an account i payd for - for nothing? Why is there no option to get contact with the enforcment team? is this the way
you work with your consuments?

Hi, was the Xbox a pre owned Xbox, if so it could be the previous owner did something to get the Xbox banned. Console bans are never reversed so if that is the case you'd need to take this up with the seller.

 

This sounds like a banned xbox so bring it back to the seller and ask your money back or buy a new one because console ban is permanent there is no turning that back...
