I just bought a Series X in app I can see messages but I can't type why?

I just bought a brand new Xbox One X, but when I go to the store, Flight Simulator and other Xbox Series X/S games say they are "not playable on this device" and I can't get Flight Simulator to install on my brand new Xbox One X because it says it's "not compatible". Very frustrating.

So you bought an Xbox One X and expected to be able to play an Xbox Series X game on it?

Why would a game made for an Xbox Series X work on an Xbox One X?

If you want to play Xbox Series X/S games I would take your brand new Xbox One X back to the store you bought it and see if they will take it back and you could try and buy an Xbox Series S (Series X consoles are very hard to find, but a Series S can be found fairly easilly)

With full back compat coming to series X, I can't see why they wouldn't continue this program.

From my mobile xbox app i can send as many text messages to the same person i want but from console series x i can't(Me and some other accounts and consoles except me).

1. No 2.why? and no it's just a unnecessary step to control the buyers 3.the online requirement sucks and makes me hate video games and xbox does the ps5 do this? 4. I "own" lmfao ya I know I've been wanting to play this demo for a while probably the only reason I even bought a xbox series x and now that it's finally downloaded I can't play why ? Who knows ...5. If the xbox series is so much more better then why can't I play a game I just downloaded? 6. Oh and why is there only a 5 times I can switch my "home system" ? I honestly play on my xbox one x more that is my home system why should I have to change that for a console that's obviously lesser...
