I just bought a 12 month gold live subscription from Amazon and none of the gold features work!

I bought a 12 month gold code from Amazon and put it in via my xbox one console.

It says I have live, and expires a year from now. Under payment method I see a triangle with an exclamation mark (!).

When I try to play an online game or invite someone to party the xbox one screen pops up that message asking me to buy gold. I already bought gold. What is going on?

I really wish there was a phone number I can call with a tech person who can help me fix what's wrong.

removing then re-adding the account to the console. Once you have done this, try to use the subscription again and let us know if you are still in unable to access Gold features.

You can find a 12 month xbox live gold subscription at amazon for 50 bucks or just a tad under.

It works out cheaper to buy a 12 month Xbox Live Gold subscription, than it does to buy 12 one month Xbox Live subscriptions.

To play online you need an Xbox Gold Subscription. It's not $40 a month, it's around $60.00 per year in the U.S. The cheapest way to buy Xbox Gold is to purchase a pre-paid 12 month Xbox Live subscription and redeem it on the console. You can buy these from Amazon, Gamestop etc.
