I joined the xbox live reward program in 2014 and still have no credits

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).

Furthermore, you are registered as a US Rewards member. This means we are only tracking purchases made in USD. Since your purchases have been made with another region's currency, they are not eligible for Rewards.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region, you must opt out of the program at (
https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/ ), wait 48 hours to close your US Rewards Account, and then sign back up again to create a new Rewards Account based on your current Xbox Region, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If your join date shows a specific date and not a date of "???", then your account has successfully been re-registered.

As of September 2014, when we changed from MyAchievements to MyVIP for Rewarding, gamerscore does not have any effect on Rewarding. Furthermore, there is no 300 Credits for $10 offer from our program. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.
300 Rewards Credits in our program is $.3 USD.
