I joined the Microsoft Rewards promotion in Feb 2018 and still waiting for my XBOX game pass

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you'll need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. The Xbox Rewards program is not the same.

I understand that you're having issues with a Game Pass promotion.

Are you referring to the "2 months of Game Pass for $2" promotion?

If so, it appears that the promotion was only offered from Feb 12th 2019 - Feb 21st 2019.

Your Xbox may not have updated yet when you made the purchase still showing you the offer from yesterday.

Join the Microsoft Rewards Program and you can use your rewards for Xbox Live and Game Pass subscriptions. I haven't paid for Xbox Live in years. I just keep getting my rewards and redeeming Game Pass Ultimate 3 month codes.

Game Pass and Forza Promotion has ended, but you are still more than welcomed to subscribe to the service which includes a wide variety of games.
