    Error 80072741. I got this problem since 2 weeks ago. I followed the instruction, deleted my profile. Then I was not able to download it again. The error code 80072741 appeared again. What can I do?

    my xbox recently stopped appearing on the connection list i went to enter my ip address and it gave me the error sorry we can't connect to your console right now and gave me an error code that is not listed anywhere on the forums, after this occurred i tried
    it again the box appeared green and i saw my games and apps from my xbox one then it disconnected and said make sure you have the right time and date and try again can anyone help

    I just tried to type in a prepaid 13 month membership code and it said "This payment option can't be used for this purchase. Please select a different payment option or add a new one."

    So I tried it again, then the 2nd time I got "Status Code: 80153021?

    Now I am getting the original error message again.

    I have tried getting support but hey guess what, that doesn't work either! Now my Gold expiring is imminent and I appear to be out of £40.

    The game is not available at my own region and it appeared at games ready to be installed after inserting the game disc.

    So the digital license appeared again and I tried to see if it’s still work.

    But now I fear that using the digital license at the second account violated the terms and conditions.
