    I inserted a game key on an account I didnt want to...

    So I bought forza 4 on an account that I dont want to use, can I move the game to that account?

    I wanted to move the game to other account along with the save files... Is there any chance to do that?

    I have acess to the other account fully and I can play the game on both accounts

    Hello DiogoMarques9, unfortunately it is not possible to move a game license to another account, if it has been redeemed or purchased.

    Games are ties to the account they were purchased on or redeemed on....same with save files. Only way to do it would be to request a refund from wherever you bought the key from, assuming they allow refunds on redeemed keys and then buy it again and apply to the right account

    Sea of Thieves is currently not available in your account. Make sure you are signed in to the Store and try again. Here’s the error code, in case you need it: 0x803F8001

    I removed all of the other devices connected to my microsoft account, and the only account connected to the store and to windows is the one i bought the games on. It still didnt work.

    Maybe it's because I used a game key to get those games? Because every other game which i didnt get with a key works.

    After i confirmed my account i didnt need to enter a code i just started the game up and a message popped up saying i received the key.
