    I appreciate your reply. Normally, the message that you received when playing Forza Horizon 3 appears if you're using a child account to play the game which has restrictions made by the parent account associated. For us to check this on your end, I recommend
    that you sign in your account online by going to Microsoft account | Your family, then check if there's a parent/adult account listed on it. If you found a parent account associated,
    you need to sign in with that account to change your account's Privacy and online safety settings. To do that, I recommend that you sign in the parent account and follow the steps provided on this
    link.

    when I want to choose one of the car projects I get a message that parental control is turned on and I have no idea how to turn it off, although no one has ever given me any control. I would like to get some tips on how to turn it off.
