    Just bought a new XBOX ONE 12Month Access, when i type in the Code I always get the Information:

    Try again later

    and this Code:

    5c55jgWRSESRTtjF.23.5 under the code there ist the date from today and the time..

    Huge Misunderstanding

    I get ban because i script somthing in english to my frend and is not to be mean on him not at all. I speak french. And i was happy to get back on xbox. And i wanted he join us on our chat group. We like family.

    If you have already been proven as wrongly banned and given compensation,why don`t you contact the same "agent"again instead of posting here?

    Surely that "agent" will be able to help more than regular users here?

    It's highly unlikely you were unfairly banned as the enforcement team carry out a thorough investigation before carrying out any action.

    You can post here
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx     but you wont get the account unbanned.
