    I hit 'Install' and game never goes to queue


    NBA Live 18. Just purchased online download. When I go to my Games and Apps, it shows the game as 'Ready to Install'. When I select 'Install' nothing happens. The game never moves to my queue. I have plenty of storage on my Xbox One. Game is definitely
    purchased and confirmed. I restarted console and same thing. Any suggestions? I am connected to internet and get 190 MBPS speed. I'm out of options on how to resolve. There's nothing more frustrating that paying $60 for a game and not being able to install
    it.

    I need help!

    If it goes to queue it should start automatically downloading, or you may have to hit the start button and manage game.

    never mind it not fix still need help win i was re-installing the game it sad it was in the queue and now i see in the ready to install and win i try to hit the install all or the pack it will not work so send help

    Yes. Anything you purchased digitally will show in your games and apps as ready to install after you uninstall them.

    I did it but it goes to queue. what to do?
    If it goes to queue it should start automatically downloading, or you may have to hit the start button and manage game.

    never mind it not fix still need help win i was re-installing the game it sad it was in the queue and now i see in the ready to install and win i try to hit the install all or the pack it will not work so send help

    My installation goes to queue

    First, go to Settings, Power, Restart Xbox and restart the console. When it comes back on, check on the progress for a few minutes. If it still doesn't move, cancel the installation and go to Settings, Power, Turn Xbox off. Once it is off, unplug the power
    cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug it back in, and restart the installation. If it still gets stuck, you'll have to start troubleshooting your network.
