I Heart Horror Rewards not showing up?

I am having trouble with the IHEARTHORROR rewards event. I purchased Doom and Dead Rising 3 on the 27th as well as unlocked more than 5 achievements between the two of them and am yet to receive any rewards pending or otherwise. I've contacted xbox support
2 times and they have directed me here for hopeful resolution. I also bought avatar items on the 27th but I did so before buying Doom so I'd understand if I messed that up by doing it out of order but as the event draws to a close I am growing increasingly
worried about not getting my reward points. Any ideas on what my options are?

Yes, you can choose to rent or buy video for that offer. We only look at the total spend amount for videos, so your ownership will not affect that calculation!

Does renting any of the Movies and TV shows
from the list of approved titles count towards the $68.99?

It takes about 96 hours for the program to recognize purchases and to update your progress. So it's too soon to see the credits pending.

So am I screwed out of getting all the rewards because I started late or is it still tracking my progress such as with the 2nd step of the reward journey?

For any offer, as long as the actions take place before the end of the offer, you can still earn the credits. So even if you started on the 31st, you would still receive the credits.

Hello UK Pro Ganjah,

Purchases take up to 96 hours to be processed. Since your purchase was made recently, it is still to early to see the Credits for that purchase. You will still get Rewarded even if this processing occurs outside of the offer period.
