    I hear some popping,crackling,static noise in the games.


    Hi. I started to hearing some very annoying noise with headset few days ago. Doesn't matter wich game or headset or controller. I tested every option.

    Small popping,crackling,static noise randomly.

    I did:

    Hard reset

    Test with other controller, other batteries,usb cabel

    Other headset (but i hearing the noise on the TV's speakers also)

    Turn off the console and pull of the power for 10sec. Nothing help.

    My friend also hear that from 3-4days like me.

    Any idea? We can just wait for new system update?

    Hi. It's not depend on the headphone. I hear that on tv as well , I hear that in offline game too. Party chat is oke, the games sounds the problem.

    If you are hearing static noise from more than one controller and also when using a USB cable it may be worth carrying out some

    network tests     to eliminate your network as being a possible cause for this.

    Gotcha. If you're hearing this on both your TV speakers and your headset, we recommend these steps to troubleshoot sound on your Xbox One
    console     to see if they can help out with this.

    If you watch TV or a movie through your TV speakers with your Xbox One console powered off, do you still hear this audio issue?
