    xbox live rewards

    last year i purchased 12 month gold and before that signed up for xbox live rewards and got 200 microsoft points for the renewal this year i renewed my 12 months and got no 200 microsoft points could someone please help me

    Very annoying problem with a purchase offer.

    i bought a year xbox live on the 26th of january with a offer saying i will receive 800 microsoft points and a extra month and i still havnt received them. i was told once that i will receive them 6 weeks after purchase then after 6 weeks i asked again they
    said 8 weeks after purchase and today i was told its up to xbox live rewards and then they referred me here. this is really starting to annoy me. Reply ASAP please. David
