Have you checked your email for a message from that promotion team?

If you are not able to find the code if your console messages or emails please let us know!

 

I got a code today for the avatar prop buts its for xbox 360 and not xbox one, the console I bought the game one.

Thanks for the fast response, I tried to look for it on the app on Xbox one and didn't see my purchases. But I check thru the Edge browser and found it.
