I haven't received Xbox Live Reward credits for purchases in a couple years

I started experiencing problems with my microsoft account after changing the email a couple years ago. Account related emails still went to my old email, and I no longer earned reward credits on any purchase. I also was unable to apply any reward credits
to purchases on my xbox. I was previously able to make one purchase with reward credits before this problem happened. My balance has been around 60,000 for a couple years and has not changed, but I get a monthly reward report each month to an old email (the
report always says zero credits earned).

I have probably spent several thousand USD in the last couple years, and have not received reward credits for any of these purchases.

Those would be offers. If you can list any specific offers you remember, support can check into those. Most of the preorder offers have involved preordered 3-5 games.

If they were eligible purchases, then yes. Again, subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders would not have counted.

Should they not have counted towards MyVip, ie: $300 of eligible purchases? Also, do see above in terms of special offers that have not received promised credits. I've tried editing comments, but the xbox forum has to be the worst forum I've ever used.
Half the site's buttons are broken.

 

Seems I can't edit this post, but the last time I received reward credits, according to rewards.xbox.com, was in 2016. I have probably spent $2000-4000 on this account since then. This is a massive amount of points that I am missing.

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen. Regarding your account, MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress
to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017). Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at
(Xbox Live Rewards). Since the only way to earn Credits is either through completion of an offer or MyVIP payback, the only Credits you have received is for completion of the FREE Pass offer
in February. It sounds like you are not up to date with our program. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as MyVIP payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as mentioned in our pinned announcement at the top of the forums titled "HEY
YOU! We've got your answer here." (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/2f5ffacb-bf1e-4fca-8764-f57f69556e55), we no longer award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals
as of July 2014.
