    Hi, I purchased the Gears of War ultimate Edition on 08/04/15 and was supposed to receive a $10 Microsoft gift card but never received it. Can you please resolve this issue, thank you.

    You would need to contact customer support for microsoftstore.com since that offer is through them.

    I understand that I am supposed to get the beta code on April 18th because i have purchased and played gears of war ultimate edition. All my friends have recieved the beta key and i still havent. If they say it comes out on the 18th for everyone that has
