I Haven't Received Quantum Break Pre-Order Bonuses

I have not received any pre order bonuses or codes from my Quantum Break pre order as well.

forums.xbox.com/.../2143012.aspx, the codes should come within 7-10 business days after Launch. Hang tight I'm sure you'll get the rest

◾Alan Wake + The Signal & The Writer DLC (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

◾Quantum Break for Windows 10 (Delivered soon after Quantum Break's release)

Note: If you have any issues with the delivery of the codes, or you accidently delete your message with the codes, please create a new post over at our Promotions & Special Offers on Xbox One forum to receive assistance. Xbox Forum Staff will respond 24-72

Thanks for the response, haricr! It looks like the team that investigates these issues has determined you redeemed your code after 4/10. It was stated on the terms for the promotion, before it ended, that codes needed to be redeemed before 4/10 for users
that purchased from the Microsoft Store (in specific regions). Because of this, you should only have received the Alan Wake game.

Can you clarify when you redeemed the code you purchased from the store? If the code was redeemed after the 10th I'm afraid you would not be eligible for this promotion.
