I havent received my year of xboxlive from bing rewards

I have not received my 12 month xboxlive reward on bing rewards.

havent received my rewards in like year and a half

 

missing reward points

ive been a member for 6 years and i havent received reward credidits in acouple of years. there was an offer in 2014. that if you bought a system around xmas that you would receive 15000 points and i bought an xbox 1 for xmas that year and i havent received
any rewards or credits . i would appreciate any assistance. i didnt know to contact anyone on this until i got assistance today from xbox support.

If you do not see the reward listed on your order history, but your points have been deducted, you would need to contact support. But try the link I posted first.
