    this is the second time i have had to contact Microsoft support in 2 months. I was originally told that since i was an Xbox live reward member that the $10 gift card/ credit would be deposited at the end of the month (In March). I have yet to receive and
    credit from this particular Pre-order offer. Secondly, after chatting today with Joy, she told me that i needed to post on the Xbox Rewards Forum to resolve my issue. The Incident ticket number 1336543402.

    if someone could please help me with this issue, i would very much appreciate it!

    I pre-order games all the time through the Microsoft Store because they are always advertising $10 gift card for the pre-order. But I never receive the $10 gift card. So I call customer service and they say my $10 gift card is being credited to my rewards
    account. For example, I just received an email saying 15000 reward credits was earned. But when I sign into my rewards accounts it only says I have 800 reward credits with no pending credits. How do I fix this problem. Thanks.

    I never received my 15,000 credits for pre-ordering Forza Horizon 3 from Microsoft Store.

    I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate Edition on 6/21/16. I also pre-ordered ReCore on 7/9/16. These are the only titles that I've pre-ordered from Microsoft Store this year. I know the promotion states the Xbox Rewards members would get 15,000 credits
    for their pre-orders rather than the $10 Microsoft Store gift card that's being offered to everybody else. I also know that there is a limit of up to 3 game pre-orders that can be eligible during the promotional period. I only have 1 email address that I
    use for everything, so mismatched emails isn't the issue either. On 9/19/16, I received 15,000 credits from the ReCore pre-order. It has now been 1 month since I've had Forza Horizon 3 & at the time of this posting I still haven't received my 15,000 credits
    for this game. It's not in any sort of pending status either. I never even received a $10 gift card in lieu of the 15,000 credits that was listed on the original order. I've received no pre-order incentive whatsoever. Any help on getting this resolved
    would be greatly appreciated. I called Xbox Customer Support & I was told to take my concerns to this forum... how convenient.

    The $10 offer is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. However, since you're a rewards member you would receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should have starting pending about 15 business days after the game shipped and may
    have already been deposited by now if you received them. If not, you'll need to post in the rewards forum -
