Check your order history on the redemption page of the Rewards site. It'll either list the code there or give the option to resend them. If not, contact Rewards support via the contact link at the bottom of the Rewards site.

If it is showing as completed, please wait 24 hours as the coins might take some time to be added to your account. If after 24 hours you still haven't received them, please reach to the EA support team so an EA Advisor can look into this case. He will make sure you get the Apex Coins you have paid for.

I’ve seen quite a few problems regarding this offer and that those people haven’t received their coins, either. Hopefully, they will show up sometime this week as it is only July 2nd as of this posting.
