    I haven't received my Groove Music "4 Months Free" token


    I signed up for the promotion here:

    I signed up on December 16th, 2016. At the time, the webpage linked above had the same promotion, except the end date was on January 9th, 2017. The deal is supposed to be a one month trial of Groove Music and then you receive a 3 month free token code via
    email within a month. I did not receive the token, and Microsoft attempted to bill my credit card upon the end of the first month.

    Things I have done so far: I have repeatedly checked my email and spam folders - the email hasn't come. I logged into my Microsoft account and verified that the email they have on record is correct. I searched the support forums for this issue - I found
    one post from August of 2016, and there was no solution given. I clicked through the contact us area of Groove Music page and chose to use the online chat support. After an hour of speaking with two different techs, they ultimately sent me here to post my
    problem. I have never had Groove Music, or its predecessors (The tech checked my account and confirmed this).

    I would like to know how to get my token so I can continue using the service. I appreciate any kind of help you can offer,

    Groove music 4 months free - is it a con?

    signed up to groove music sub on the back of a "first 4 months free" deal. I haven't had a token for the next 3 months yet.

  4. I haven't received my Groove Music "4 Months Free" token

    I just recently ran into the same issue. I still have yet to receive my token. And also like the guy above me I called spent like 3 hours on the phone when on the online chat transferred through like at least 15 people nothing was resolved and all they could
    do was send me to this site which there is no help on this site

    When both of you get a chance, please check your Xbox Live messages for communication. If you have any other questions please create a new thread and let us know I haven't received my Groove Music "4 Months Free" token :)
