i haven't received my gears of war xbox 360 collection codes I was told 7-10 days

I Gears of War 4 digitally although the Xbox Live store 10/09/16 preordained. I have not yet received the codes for the Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection. I contacted customer support on 13/10/16 and was told to "wait 24 hours", I contacted customer support
again on 15/10/16 and was told to "wait 7-10 days. " now he has passed this period and I am waiting and not yet received anything

again on 10/15/16 and was told to "Wait 7-10 days." I am contacting again now because I either want a refund or I want the Gears of War collection that I could have gotten on day one if I had of just bought a physical copy of the game from any local retailer.

Hello, i bought Gears Of War 4 yesterday at xbox store and i haven't received the codes yet, but i still eligible for the 360 titles too? I have to wait more 7-10 days?

It actually can take up to 30 days to receive the codes. If it's been over that time, you'll need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum for assistance.

The Xbox 360 Gears of War collection includes Xbox 360 titles Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment. To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves
through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

If you meet the qaulification for this promotion, you need to wait 7-10 days from the date of purchase before you receive the code via Xbox Messaging.

If it is more than 7-10 days and you have not yet received the code, you can post at the General Sales
& Promotions forums page.
