I haven't received my gears of war 1, 2, 3 and Judgement's code

Hello, I bought Gears Of War Ultimate Edition 30/12/2015, but 1 week after, I haven't received my codes for the gears of war collection.

I bought Gears of War 4 during a promotion that gave Gears 1 2 3 and Judgement and I still haven't received my codes.

I was just in chat with a customer service rep. She said they will be sent out tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

We began sending codes to eligible users on November 19th, and will continue sending codes on a regular basis through early January. If you have not received your codes yet, please be patient - all eligible users will receive their codes within the next two
weeks!
