I haven't received my Deluxe bonus packs

Discus and support I haven't received my Deluxe bonus packs in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have not received the bonus content for my digital copy of NHL 17 Deluxe (one gold plus pack a week for 25 weeks).     I haven't received my Deluxe bonus packs


    I have not received the bonus content for my digital copy of NHL 17 Deluxe (one gold plus pack a week for 25 weeks). Physical version would have a code to redeem the packs, so how can I get the packs with digital version?

    I haven't received a game code to recive my packs in nhl17 super deluxe edition and madden17 deluxe

    i purchased nhl17 super deluxe edition and the madden17 deluxe edition and haven't received and of my complimenty packs for buying the special edition games. I also haven't received a code to redeem the packs

    I bought Aliens:fireteam elite deluxe edition on preorder but its not given me anything other than the base game

    I have had the same issue, as it seems has everyone who preordered the deluxe edition. The Deluxe description only seems to show the main game as in the bundle, and not the preorder bonus and delux content packs. Though these are listed in the store as available if paid for. Looking at the reviews, this glitch has affected all customers who preordered the Deluxe edition.

    The strategy guide looks like it is a gamestop exclusive, if you ordered from the Microsoft store you either received bonus Mortal Kombat 11 character Shao Kahn, as well as beta access in March for standard
    edition or includes the Kombat Pack. Kombat Packs in the past include early access to characters, skins, and more Mortal Kombat content for the deluxe edition.
