Hello there, I contacted someone from the support team the other week about a £10 gift voucher I should have received within 7-10 days for my pre order for watch dogs 2 gold edition but it's been that amount of time and I still haven't received it yet

Red Dead Redemption 2 GTA Online cash code never received

I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition and was supposed to receive a code for $2,000,000 for Grand Theft Auto Online within 7-10 days of pre-order to my xbox message center. It has been over 10 days and I still haven’t received the code.

I haven't received my Dark SOuls part one download code that I should have received for pre-ordering Dark Souls III. I had been in touch with Xbox online support, and she (Ariel) gave me this link and told me to sign into my account and send the message
that I have yet to receive the download and it has been 7 to 10 days... Thanks!
