    I haven't received a code after buying Halo wars the ultimate edition


    Hello, I purchased a copy of Halo wars 2: The ultimate edition on 13th April and was due to receive a code for halo wars the definitive edition in 7-10 days. It has now been over a month and have still not received this code, I have spoken to the live chat
    team and they have confirmed I have purchased the game and that the code has not been sent to me. They have sent me here for the issue to be resolved.

    I haven't received my code either. Likewise with the Halo Wars 2 Ultimate Edition.

    not receive a code after waiting 10 days.
