I haven't had a Preview Program update since September 30th

I'm not a part of the preview program and the console was successfully updated on April 30th.

Do you have a reference for this quote

Preview Build for the console that was sent out to our Preview Program customers that day. What this means is that if your console is enrolled in the Preview Program, then traditional troubleshooting will not work for your console. " unquote

I downloaded that exact Preview build without any issues at all. However, I did wait until
the Core issue problem with XBLive was resolved before attempting the update.

I am still using that build and have not had any major issues.

I also was sent an invite to the Xbox One Preview program and even called Xbox One Support and was told that my account was fine and to post on here. I had two friends send me a invite to the Preview Program and I haven't received the invite yet since last
week. What do I need to do to be given access to the preview program?

I'm experiencing some of the same symptoms, however, I haven't seen the Dashboard at all since yesterday. I believe that the preview program update came through yesterday.

Metalmilitia625 -- are you in the Preview program? I posted this same message in the Preview Program forums, just in case, since I am in the Preview program and there are Preview updates on my console.
