I havent gotten my 6000 points from asssassins creed origins

I I bought assassins creed origins on the tuesday of the week before it came out and I have been contacting xbox support many times and I still haven't recieved my points they even tried manually to add my points but I havent gotten them but Please asnwer
soon I have the ordernumber and everything also I did order it digitally! so if you could please give me them

Not getting Reward Points

I purchased the Deluxe Edition of Assassin's Creed Origins, to get the 6000 points for the punch card, but have not received the points. The punch card doesn't even acknowledge that I made the purchase.

i got far cry 5 before i got microsoft rewards and i haven't gotten my 6000 points.

 

For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program. I do believe for that offer, the game had to be purchased after release. Preorders
are not eligible.
