    Did you file a refund request back then?

    If so first check account.Microsoft.com

    If it's rhere keep in mind you can check your bank statements upto 30 days after

    If you didn't file it aftrr 14 days after launch then you don't qualify for a refund as that's the limit

    Thank you for trying to help Oskayra but I didn’t use a bank to pay for the games but rather I used the Microsoft account balance and the first time I did this and refunded a game I bought by accident it worked and I got my cash back but now I cant

    Refunds typically take an average of 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank account, but this time period may vary by bank. However, it seems like a long time ago.

    If your refund was approved by Xbox and it's been more than a week, I recommend that you contact your bank directly and ask them if the problem is on their end. When Xbox approves a refund, it is automatically processed instantly, and the time it takes to arrive is usually because it takes a while for the bank to process the refund and sometimes issues can occur. Therefore, it would be good to clarify this directly with them.

    Haven’t received payment back after approved refund.

    The refund was last year, this has been a problem for a while now, I haven’t gotten any email and checking addons I still own it. I just want my dang money back
