    hello when i pre-ordered TitanFall it said i was going to receive a 10$ code that should be sent to my email less than 10 days of receiving it but its been a while and i havent gotten it yet why is that?

    I got my 10$ gift card promotional code from titanfall but when I go to use it it says something went wrong plz try again or type in the error code at error code site but there is no error code below.=[
