I Haven't Been Able To Stay Connected To Xbox Live Since I Was Threatened To Have My ...

I played a Madden 25 online ranked gameplay against some guy yesterday & he started sending me hate messages because he lost:

I signed onto Live about 30 mins ago & it disconnected after about 5 minutes.

What's going on?

I was able to stay connected for 30 minutes today before I lost connection.

I never had any connection issues before that guy threatened me.

What's can I do?

You will need to file a complaint on the gamertag in question using the console's complaint system. You can also choose to block communications with the player, to prevent receiving messages from the gamertag. Don't forget to submit a player review to avoid
playing with the player in the future. All of the instructions can be found

Now, when you get disconnected, do you get a message that you have been disconnected from Xbox Live? If so, do the other devices in your household get disconnected from the internet too?

 

If you were suspended/banned, you'd receive an email at the account associated with your GT as to the nature of that suspension/ban.

The number of complaints filed on a GT are completely irrelevant; if the entire xbox live community filed a complaint against you at the same time, the complaints would be investigated. As long as you weren't doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry
about.
