I Haven't been able to play a daily jigsaw challenge for a month. They are in a perpetual state of "downloading". In addition, all the collections I have earned have disappeared. What the heck is going on with this game?

The daily challenge games won't download.

I've been playing Microsoft Jigsaw for more than 2 years. things worked well, and I haven't had any problems until recently. It's now been 2 months that I having trouble playing the daily challenges games - specifically the Jigsaw jammer, but the other games
load very slowly - if not at all.

In the past, I would see a message saying "all daily challenges have been downloaded" at the first of each month. Since October, I have not seen this message, and the game hangs while it is downloading each challenge. I was barely able to play these games
- and for 2 months I have never been able to download the jigsaw jammer at all. The screen hangs with a download meter, and I have to "x" out of the software completely.

This is too bad - I liked your game, and even paid for a premium edition. But it's frustrating, and I'd like to see this problem addressed.

Microsoft Jigsaw won't load

I have not been able to download and play jigsaw daily all month now. if a commercial comes up it just around and around and then locks up. I have paid for some of the puzzles also and they won't download either.
